There’s the product, there’s the brand, and then there’s the soul of the brand.
The DreamTab was going to be the ultimate edu-tainment device for kids, featuring everybody’s favorite DreamWorks characters. Periscope developed an epic launch campaign including a massive treehouse build at the center of a multi-day activation. Among dozens of touch points, we designed these custom bicycles to put a new spin on familiar faces.
Credit goes to the talented people at Tivoli Too who helped us realize our vision for these bikes. I said, “Wouldn't it be cool if the Shrek bike had his ears on the ends of the handlebars…”. And they sourced a rubber Shrek mask, cut off the ears and made it happen. That was the case for all the character-specific details on these bikes.
