Brand Ambassadors

Grin and sell it

“BA” for short. They’re hired guns, mostly college students, who  perform specific tasks at events or activations. Most importantly, they embody the brand personality.
The experiential designer works out what BAs are going to do, say, and wear. The event producer trains and manages them. Every producer has at least one good story about a BA gone south.
Firstly, the BA needs to LOOK like the brand. This can be as straightforward and economical as designing a T-shirt and instructing the BAs to wear their own khakis and sneaks. On the other hand, custom apparel creates a deeper impression, but it can be expensive. Especially since you’ll need to order extras to accommodate different size needs and, well, exertion levels.
